石家庄市纺织机械厂建于1958年, 是原纺织工业部定点生产厂家, 现为全国100家重点骨干纺织机械厂企业之一, 是省科委和高新技术开发区认定的高新技术企业. 全厂站地52亩, 建筑面积23000平方米. 拥有固定资产3950万元. 主要加工设备191台(套), 精密数控机床6台. 该厂设备先进, 测量手段齐全, 配有先进的CAD设计中心, 平均每年有1-2种新产品问市. 该厂现有职工500多人, 其中各类专业技术人员120余人, 为国有中型企业.

Established in 1958, Shijiazhuang Textile Machinery Works is one of 100 backbone enterprises of textile machinery field in China, covering 52 mus. With assets 5 million US dollars, we have 191 equipments, inclusive of 4 processing centres and 6 digit-control in accuracy machines. Our equipments are advanced with whale testing instruments and CAD design centre. Every year, over 2 new products come into market. At present, 500 employees and 120 engineers and technicians work in our factory, being a state-run big-middle size enterprise.

SGA211型喷气织机是在消化吸收国外喷气织机,确着眼于领先国内喷气织机的基础上, 经过技术攻关研制成功. 本机采用了微机电脑和光纤通信系统自动控制. 强韧的两侧箱型机架和横梁组成了减低振动的高钢性机架构造, 超力矩电机的使用, 灵巧有力的打纬机构, 适应高速运转的可口, 充足的引纬系统, 保持经纱张力均匀的ELO电子送经装置以及双探头光电探纬器, 都充分保证了织机在超高速下的稳定运转和高品质织物的织造. 本机主传动部件都采用油浴方式, 其它加油部位采用和具有集中供油, 易维修保养. 缩短的气道, 高灵敏度电磁阀的采用和具有强运纱的喷嘴, 大大降低了织造成本. 本机的通用性强, 织造范围广泛, 可适用于棉织物, 化纤和混纺织物.

SGA211 Jet Loom:Aiming at foremost jet looms, through digest-absorb foreign jet looms and technical reforms, SGA211 jet loom is designed and comes into effect. The machine adopts computer-control system, featuring in 2 sides having strong-heavy box shape frame and beam to reduce vibration, employ of super-torque motor, flexible beating unit, suitable to high-speed open with enough weft insetion, keeping warp tension supported by ELO feeding warp system and double-touch light sensitivity feeler to guarantee stable running and fabrics quality. All moving parts adopt oil-bath method, of which pumping position is centre-feed, easy to be maintain, short air-way, high sensitivity magnetic valves and strong-transmitting nozzles, redcue costs in large-scale. The machine is very common to be used in many fields such as cotton, polyester and its mixtures.
