Cold
feed extruder from SHISEL
rubber texhnical company of Switerland. The extruder is driven by hydraulic motor. It is featured
big output, wide range for speed revolusion, high driving precision, quickly change speed, big start
torque, good overload protection, no pulse extrude and design with feeding, plasticating and
extruding section. The rubber material is fully plasticated in the screw, rubber material dispersed
evenly. Product is compacted and no air bubbles. In addition, the extruder adpot seven sections
temperature control system, which can control the temperature of the rubber material in each
section and make product property stable.
