Wax Ring and Wax Block:

Wax circle(wax ring, wax block) is used in textile
machinery equipments such as winding machine two-for-one twister assembly
winders, grooved drum machines,
machines for wool roll, rotor spinning, thread
twisting machines, cone winder etc.
The products can be divided into three specifications,
Spring & Autumn Wax
circle(wax ring, wax block), Summer one and Winter
one.
Different melting points, rigiditires, oil contents
and waxing efficiencies of the
products are adjusted according to different room
temperatures and yarns. The
yarn’s and the thread’s lubrication ability and
water-solubility can reach the
international standarf after using the wax
circle(wax ring, wax block). The product
can eliminate the future troubles like that the yarn
and the thread surface turn
white, undyeable and so on after waxing, can
obviously improve the
factory’s product quality and econonic benefits.
